MicroMentor is the largest mentoring network in the world —yes, as powerful as it sounds. We help under-resourced entrepreneurs access quality business advice, and I help MicroMentor recruit the entrepreneurs and mentors to make that happen.
As of 2024, I am currently onboard as the Growth Marketing Manager. Daily, I dive into user acquisition, plus B2C and B2B activities to continuously expand MicroMentor's impact through communications, programs, and key partnerships. The best job ever.
Dr. Leads is an agile marketing agency based out of Chicago, catering to chiropractors and other medical professionals. With a small remote team, the agency focuses on boosting their clients' bottom line with high-quality leads and appointments.
During my time there, I played the role of the main copywriter and scriptwriter for the team. I was tasked with creating direct-response copy for social media advertising, landing pages, and B2B outreach messaging.
Texel Graphics is a Russian startup based out of London. Their incredibly crafty team develops top-tier 3D body scanners and software for B2C applications —the kind of stuff that blows your mind at first sight.
As Senior Innovation Manager, my role involved wearing many hats. Market research with an international scope, B2B lead acquisition, and content marketing were some of my primary responsibilities. Working with high-ticket offers, the company is always on its feet and looking for new opportunities, which I was tasked to find.
My first experience in the startup ecosystem was with Winno Moscow, an incubator. My role as the Senior Marketing Assistant meant a lot of nitty-gritty work, helping their startups in any way possible. Content marketing, email campaigns, and video production were at the top of the list.
Although I didn't sharpen my marketing sword much during my time with Winno, it did lay the foundation for my love for a "startup-like" mindset that I bring to my work today. Flexibility, curiosity, and adaptability are some of those principles.
